Return/ Exchange

  • If product is received in damaged condition /wrong size/ wrong item. We will give you a free exchange. Please reach us within 48 hours and contact us by going to the contact us page to raise a support ticket. Once the product reaches us back our team will inspect the product and give you free shipment of your new product/s.
  • If you don’t like the product/size/colour/others. In this case you have to self-shipping your order for return/exchange. Please reach us within 48 hours and contact us by going to the contact us page to raise a support ticket. After that we will provide you shipping address. Once the product reaches us back our team will inspect the product and give you free shipment of your new product/s.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be done only before we ship the product, after shipment is sent, the order can not be cancelled. 

To cancel any order, you can contact our team to cancel your order, You need to provide the order number to cancel your order. 

Refund


No REFUND to your order after placed. To be eligible for a REFUND, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned in unused and in the same condition that you received it within the 48 HOURS.

Please reach us within 48 hours only after receiving the product. After 48 hours of delivered product, we will not provide any kind of refund.

In this case you have to self-shipping your order for refund.

  • The product should be in the pristine condition with tags intact.
  • You should have the invoice for the product.
  • We will not accept any exchange/return and refund requests
    after 48 hours.
  • The user must have an opening/unboxing video of the product
    showing the item was already defective.

Why elavo will reject your return?


Product received has not been sent back with all its original packaging, perfect condition, tag intact and with invoice. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

How soon elavo will get your refund?


It will take up-to 3 to 7 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
